§ 30.011. Definitions.

Sec. 4.1. Unless the context specifically indicates otherwise, the meaning of terms used in this Chapter shall be as follows:
(1)

"Street" shall mean all of the land lying between property lines on either side of all streets, alleys and boulevards in the City, and includes lawn extensions and sidewalks and the area reserved therefor where the same are not yet constructed.

(2)

"Unimproved street" shall be construed to mean a street where the surface consists of native materials and/or processed or unprocessed gravel which has not been brought to established grade nor improved with any type of bituminous surface.
