§ 30.015. Permit fees.

Sec. 4.5. The fee for such permits shall be ten ($10.00) dollars for excavations which do not exceed thirty (30) square feet in surface area on unimproved streets. The City Engineer may prescribe additional fees for excavations exceeding thirty (30) square feet, or for excavations on improved surfaces, subject to the approval of the City Council.
