Sec. 1. ADOPTION; PURPOSES; MANDATE. This Ordinance is adopted in the interest of public safety and convenience and is designed to promote the general peace, welfare, health and safety of the City of Harrison, Michigan; every person, firm and corporation shall comply with, observe and obey, when applicable, all provisions, requirements and regulations herein contained. |
